Service Description

This is a great option to book if you are wanting a second opinion based on an evaluation that was done within the last 6 months. Any evaluations, progress reports, and other pertinent medical records important to the client's diagnosis and treatment are required to be submitted prior to the appointment in order to review and prepare for our visit.

Cancellation Policy

All sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable. MC Voice & Speech Center staff view all of our clients with great value and cancellations without sufficient notice often take time away that could be given to an alternate individual. Please note that there is a cancellation fee equal to the price of the session if cancelled or changed in less than 24 hours.
