Most clients prefer to book 1 appointment a week! It keeps their busy schedule in tact with minimal distractions. While 1 hour may sound like a long time, our clinicians build in brain breaks as needed and make these sessions super fun and interesting!
Cancellation Policy
All sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable. MC Voice & Speech Center staff view all of our clients with great value and cancellations without sufficient notice often take time away that could be given to an alternate individual. Please note that there is a cancellation fee equal to the price of the session if cancelled or changed in less than 24 hours.
